Gohar Galstyan is one of the founders and the current Head of the “Luseh Rehabilitation Center” Foundation. She has been at the core of the Center’s creation and development since its inception in 2016.

Gohar holds degrees in Philology and Pedagogy, as well as Economics, and brings more than 15 years of professional experience working with international organizations. Throughout her career, she has managed programs focused on education, tolerance and peacebuilding, child participation, support to refugees and persons with disabilities, and the development of social enterprises.

Her work has always been guided by the principles of sustainability, continuity, and systematic approaches, particularly in the fields of childhood disability and family support. The “Luseh” Foundation stands as a vivid example of these values put into action.

Since December 2024, Gohar Galstyan has been serving as the President of the Child Protection Network (CPN). With her extensive experience and deep understanding of the field, she plays a vital role in advancing inclusion and promoting the full participation of children with disabilities in all aspects of social life.
