Membership Procedure
The Child Protection Network (CPN) is open to organizations that provide any type of service or program for children.
If you wish to join our community and contribute to our shared mission, you are welcome to apply for membership.
Any non-governmental organization (NGO or foundation) operating in Armenia that implements child-oriented programs or provides services to children may become a member of the CPN, provided that it accepts the CPN Charter and Internal Regulations and is willing to contribute to the Network’s activities. To become a member, you need to:
Submit a membership application addressed to the CPN Council.
Provide an information note describing your organization’s activities.
Review and accept the provisions of the CPN Charter and Internal Regulations.
Pay the annual membership fee.
The application and the information note can be sent to the CPN official email address.
Our staff will review the submitted documents and forward them to the CPN Council, which will discuss and make the final decision.
Note: The decision regarding membership is made within no later than three months after receiving the application.
Each CPN member has one voting right, which may be delegated to another member if necessary.
In addition to the annual membership fee, members may also provide voluntary financial or in-kind contributions to support the CPN’s work.
Important: CPN members fully retain their independence and legal status as separate legal entities.
