Nairuhi Mnatsakanyan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the Faculty of Sociology at Yerevan State University, and a Master’s degree in Management and Organizational Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy and Psychology at the same university.

She began her professional career in 2014 as a social worker at the “Shogh” Daycare Center of the Armenian Missionary Association of America (AMAA). Since 2010, she has been actively involved in several programs implemented by the international organization Save the Children, focusing on the prevention of violence against children and raising public awareness on child protection issues. As part of these programs, she has conducted training sessions in various communities across Armenia.

Nairuhi has also served as an observer in the national monitoring group for the protection of children’s rights in care and educational institutions in Armenia.

She began volunteering with the Child Protection Network in 2021 and has been working as the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist since December 2024.

Nairuhi firmly believes that every child should live in a safe and supportive environment—and that ensuring this must be the shared responsibility of every member of society.
